One of the individuals suspected of setting fire to a police station in Minneapolis in late May was captured and taken into custody in Breckenridge, CO, over the weekend.

According to KDVR-TV, the suspect—identified as 22-year-old Dylan Robinson—was apprehended by agents with the ATF and U.S. Marshals on Sunday in the parking of a local recreation center.

Robinson was brought to Denver on a fugitive hold out of Minnesota, where the U.S. Attorney in Minnesota has filed arson charges.

According to court records, at least eight other people have been charged with federal crimes related to arson in Minneapolis and Hennepin County during rioting and unrest after the in-custody death of George Floyd.
