I've spent many a hot summer day at the range fighting to maintain a good grip on my gun with sweaty hands. Between perspiration, sunscreen, dirt, and gun oil, keeping a solid grasp on anything is a challenge. For years shooters like myself have tried almost everything under the hot summer sun to remedy this annoying issue including, but not limited to, tape, bicycle innertube sections, various pairs of gloves ,and aftermarket rubber covers. None of it works for very long. Later, the idea of textured skateboard tape on the grips became a great option but cutting a piece to fit your gun was all but impossible.
Talon Grips was born of this annoyance by a fellow LEO from Arizona. After some trial and error, the company's founder began producing laser-cut grip panels that not only fit perfectly but also provide a fantastic grip surface that is impervious to grease and sweat.
