Officers with the Durham (NC) Police Department arrested 23 people in connection with vandalism and violent protest outside the former department headquarters building on Saturday evening.

According to ABC News, police were called to the scene as a group of people were breaking windows and spraying graffiti on the building.Durham police said those who were arrested were released on $10,000 unsecured bonds.
