Dramatic nighttime video shows U.S. Coast Guard members from cutter Valiant boarding a drug-smuggling semi-submersible in the Eastern Pacific and seizing more than 6 tons of cocaine.

The crew of the Valiant halted the 40-foot semi-submersible in early September with more than 12,000 pounds of cocaine on board. Coast Guard personnel arrested the four men onboard.

The cutter was on routine patrol when its crew found the semi-submersible in international waters with drugs valued at about $165 million, the Coast Guard said.
