A judge has asked the families of 59 victims and survivors of the Pulse Nightclub mass-shooting to re-file a lawsuit alleging that police officers "didn't do enough to stop the gunman responsible for the massacre," according to ClickOrlando.com.

U.S. District Judge Paul Byron said the suit was not specific enough "to allow the city of Orlando and the police officers to make an adequate defense" and gave the group two weeks to file another complaint.

The lawsuit named just one police officer who was working security off duty at the Pulse nightclub in Orlando. Thirty other officers are merely referred to as John Doe.
