One Border Patrol agent was killed and another seriously injured in an early morning shooting Tuesday in rugged terrain near the U.S.-Mexico border. Nicholas Ivie, 30, was identified as the agent shot and killed near Naco in Cochise County.

Border Patrol Agent Dies In ATV Crash
A Border Patrol agent was killed in west Texas late Friday in an ATV crash near the Fort Hancock port of entry. Leopoldo Cavazos, Jr., 29, was patrolling along the border fence about a half-mile from the entry point when the accident occurred.
