An ex-con wanted for shooting a man after a fight in a McDonald's drive-through was shot by police in Queens on Friday after he pointed a pistol at the cops, reports the New York Daily News.

Police had been searching for Tasheen (Doughboy) Walker, 30, near his home on 222nd St. in Queens Village since he had been identified as the gunman who shot a 29-year-old man a couple of miles away in Cambria Heights on April 8, police said.
