Officers with the Long Beach (CA) Police Department conducting a traffic stop over the weekend discovered and seized 6,000 Fentanyl pills.
The agency posted an image of the haul on its Facebook page with the caption, "A traffic stop ended w/ the seizure of approx. 6,000 pills of fentanyl & the driver arrested. Fentanyl is incredibly dangerous & even a small amount can be lethal. It can be mistaken for other drugs & it is hard to know how the pills are made."
The post garnered more than 100 comments of support for the agency.
