Unity X-LED Post-Mount Spotlights Now Available for 2019 Chevy Silverado 1500
The 2019 Silverado can be equipped with either one or two Unity post-mount spotlights. They can be ordered when the vehicle is spec’d out for aftermarket installation by a dealer or local upfitter. Located on the vehicle's “A” pillar they are easy to install and convenient to use.
Unity Manufacturing Company has announced that the new X-LED post-mount spotlights are now available for the popular 2019 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 police and multi-purpose work vehicles. Bill Gross, Unity’s VP of markets, made the announcement.
The 2019 Silverado can be equipped with either one or two Unity post-mount spotlights. They can be ordered when the vehicle is spec’d out for aftermarket installation by a dealer or local upfitter. Located on the vehicle's “A” pillar they are easy to install and convenient to use.
Unity post-mount spotlights are the only auxiliary lighting products that offer the convenience and safety of instant aimable light when and where officers want it. The interior control handle with fingertip switch provides 360-degree continuous horizontal rotation and up to 120⁰ vertical adjustment.
The X-LED series post-mount spotlights feature a 6-inch LED composite lamp rated at 225,000 candlepower, 12 volts, 30 watts and 50,000 hours lamp life. Each LED has its own individually focused reflector for maximum intensity, producing a uniform and precise 9-degree H x 9-degree V beam pattern with a warmer beam color temperature. X-LED spotlights meet the SAE J591 Spot lamp standard.
The lamp assembly has a U-V hard-coated, polycarbonate, replaceable lens; precision molded PC reflector and a nickel plated zinc die cast heat sink. The XLED series head assembly is made of high impact PC/ABS with chrome or black finish, and is vented with a GORE-TEX® membrane for cool operation.
