Baton manufacturer Monadnock will hold its Annual International Monadnock Instructor Seminar, May 6–11, 2007 in Lowell, Mass., at the DoubleTree Riverfront Hotel.
Top-level International Instructors will personally guide small groups of five or six participants through the MEB, PR-24, or MDTS certification curricula. This intimate seminar approach allows attendees to share opinions, ask questions, get straight answers from those in the know, and have the opportunity to share ideas and network with others in law enforcement from around the world.
As a special added feature, the Armor Training Academy will offer a one-day Defense-Technology OC Aerosol Projectors Instructor Certification Program on May 10. This program provides information on topics including OC formulations and carriers, projectors, liability factors, and decontamination.
Attendees can attend training to become certified Monadnock instructors, and those who are already certified and have met other prerequisites can train to become Monadnock instructor-trainers during the seminar.
And for those who want more from the seminar, optional lectures will be offered on some evenings. At these evening lectures international instructors will speak on such matters as crowd control, knife defense, and effective teaching strategies.
