A 20-year-old Kentucky man was arrested, after he posted a photo on Facebook showing him appearing to siphon gas from a Jenkins Police Department cruiser and making an obscene gesture.
Michael Baker, in an interview with WYMT, said he stole a little gas from the cruiser and wasn't sorry for doing so. His girlfriend, who snapped the pic, said the couple didn't steal the gas, but was sorry, reports WKYT .
