TX Officer Crashes into Tow Truck at Accident Scene

The San Antonio Police Department says the officer responding to the incident was driving at high speeds over a hill when they crashed into the tow truck.

A San Antonio, TX, officer responding to a rollover accident slammed into a tow truck blocking traffic at the scene early Thursday morning. Several people were evaluated for injuries, but everyone is reportedly expected to be okay.

The San Antonio Police Department says the officer responding to the incident was driving at high speeds over a hill and crashed into the tow truck about 3:40 a.m., KENS5 reports.

The tow truck, which was coming from another car accident, had stopped and blocked traffic at the scene of the rollover accident.
