United States Marshals have apprehended an individual accused of dragging by vehicle an officer with the North Jackson (OH) Police Department earlier this week.

According to Cleveland.com, Marshals located and arrested 22-year-old Nicholas Roman Friday morning as he was hiding in a bathtub in a home

According to records, the North Jackson police officer—whose name has not been released—was conducting a traffic stop on Roman's vehicle when the driver attempted to flee, dragging the officer for some distance on the roadway.
