A burglary suspect who led Pennsylvania Troopers on a vehicle pursuit in Erie County over the weekend rammed at least one patrol vehicle, completely upending the SUV and causing injuries to the troopers inside, officials report.

The agency posted an image of the wreck on Twitter with the caption," Pursuit ends in crash: Suspects in custody. State Police were assisting Corry City Police in a pursuit of burglary suspects when the suspect vehicle crashed into their patrol car at the intersection of North and West Smith Street in Corry. Troopers were flown to UPMC Hamot."

Further information on the condition of the troopers has not yet been released.
