A motorist pulled alongside two Los Angeles Police officers at a light at Olympic Boulevard and Broadway, giving them perhaps the easiest arrest they'll ever make.
He pulled up to their cruiser while driving a 2000 Honda Civic and said, "Officer, I just stole this car."
Christian Borro, 27, said he had stolen the car from an apartment complex in San Diego. Upon further questioning, he told the officers he flagged they down because he was "almost out gas."
