COPsync, Inc., a software technology provider to law enforcement and emergency service professionals, has announced that Ki Corp has begun to offer the COPsync information sharing software to its network of law enforcement clients. Ki Corp, a provider of software systems and consultation solutions for government, law enforcement, and criminal justice agencies, is the first channel partner to enter into an enterprise license agreement with the company.

By partnering with COPsync, law enforcement technology channel partners can offer their existing clients a robust mobile data sharing and collection interface that has the ability to collect 100 percent of an officer's activity in an electronic format, regardless of their existing technology infrastructure. Through the implementation of COPsync, a nationwide information sharing network can be created that provides real-time data to an officer via a laptop computer at the point of incident.

According to COPsync CEO Russell Chaney, "Ki Corp possesses great vision and foresight in becoming our one of our channel partners. By offering our information-sharing solution to their law enforcement clients, they are taking an important and immediate step forward to insure the safety of their law enforcement clients and the citizens protected by the respective agencies. While this relationship will truly be a win-win for both companies, at the end of the day the true winners will be the officers who will gain access to potentially life-saving real-time information captured by other jurisdictions."

"Ki Corp has a very comprehensive information support system for law enforcement including detention management, sheriff's office management, computer aided dispatch, criminal investigations, warrants, civil process, commissary management, and video Visitation," stated Mark Johnston, president of Ki Corp. "One of our recognized strengths is how we easily integrate the information needs of law enforcement and detention with the entire criminal and civil justice system both at a local and a state level. By teaming with COPsync, we can now extend this integration and data sharing to the laptops of patrol officers and investigators who are on the front line of law enforcement."
