Compatible Products presents customers with a list of Safety Vision products that interoperate with one another. For instance, Safety Vision’s RoadRecorder 7000S network video recorder (NVR) product page offers compatible IP cameras and accessories, while omitting incompatible products.
To help customers find the mobile video surveillance system that best accommodates their needs, the new website presents recommended solutions for each industry. Here, recommended solutions are groups of products that would typically form a mobile video surveillance system. For example, the mass transit industry page presents a four-, six-, 12-, and 20-camera solution, offering the most beneficial systems for vans, mini-buses, full-size buses, and articulated buses, respectively.
Safety Vision’s Technical Support is now easily accessible as a hot link on the homepage, the general toll free number is displayed in the header of every page, and the Contact tab presents the option to submit any request. Each contact option is conveniently placed so customers may request the help they need.
