Man Who Killed Texas Game Warden Executed
James Garrett Freeman, 35, shot and killed Justin Hurst, a game warden with the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department, following a 90-minute chase on country roads in the early morning of March 17, 2007, according to court documents. It was Hurstโs 34th birthday.

Accused Cop Killer Sues Fallen Officer, Indianapolis PD for Excessive Force
The man charged with killing Indianapolis Metro Police Officer Perry Renn in July 2014 has now filed a federal lawsuit against Renn, and the City of Indianapolis, alleging the use of excessive force. Major Davis II claims he was irreparably injured. He's demanding almost $7 million dollars in damages.
