Upon arrival, officers encountered APO Huggins with multiple gunshot wounds. Moments after officers entered the home, Rebecca Boyett Huggins, his wife, took her own life with one gunshot to the head. The two were married February 14, 2018.

Anne King and a friend found themselves behind bars for a few hours in 2015 after reportedly bad-mouthing King's ex-husband, a Georgia deputy, with posts on Facebook. Now King is suing her ex and his colleague for violating her constitutional rights.

Georgia Teacher Arrested After Shot Fired in Class Wednesday Has History of Bizarre Police Interactions
In that incident he reportedly carried a rifle and set his car on fire. The incident didn't result in criminal charges, but Davidson was transported for a mental evaluation and the rifle and two other firearms in the home were confiscated.

Georgia Teacher Arrested After Shot Fired in Empty Classroom
Police didn't immediately say why Davidson reportedly fired the gun, but noted that he aimed away from anyone into an exterior window as the principal tried to unlock the classroom door. After the gunshot, the school was immediately placed on lockdown.

According to the Bibb County Sheriff's Office, a female inmate reportedly hid the weapon inside her "body cavity" as she was processed into the jail.

Loaded Handgun Found Inside Georgia Jail
A husband of a female inmate contacted the jail staff after his wife told him there could possibly be a gun inside the female section of the jail. Corrections deputies later found a small .22 caliber handgun, which was loaded with one bullet. More Here.

The names of the Locust Grove, GA, police officer who was killed and two Henry County, GA, sheriff's deputies who were wounded in a shooting when they tried to serve an arrest warrant Friday have now been released.

Georgia Officer Killed, 2 Deputies Shot Serving Arrest Warrant
One deputy was hit below his ballistic vest and is reportedly in serious condition at an Atlanta hospital. The second deputy was saved from serious injury by his vest, Henry County Sheriff Keith McBrayer said in a press conference.
