Hardwire’s Bulletproof Clipboard provides a layer of ballistic protection for officers. It stops bullets from handguns and shotguns (NIJ Level IIIA). The clipboard is useful and blends in with an officer’s gear. It is lightweight, weighing only one pound. Many officers use these clipboards when approaching a car during traffic citations to provide an extra layer of protection.

St. Lucie County Sheriff Keith Pearson said on a Facebook livestream the facility was a 10,000 square-foot vehicle storage facility that was destroyed in a matter of seconds by what he called a "devastating tornado."

National Park Service Ranger Kevin Grossheim died Sunday while trying to rescue a family in distress on a Minnesota lake. His boat capsized in rough waters. The family was rescued but Grossheim drowned.
