A teenage burglary suspect who accused four Houston Police officers of beating him during a 2010 burglary arrest allegedly committed another burglary less than two months after finishing probation.

In May, a jury acquitted former officer Andrew Blomberg on a misdemeanor charge of official oppression, prompting black community leaders to criticize the verdict by an all-white jury as unjust and racist, reports ABC News.

The initial arrest of the now-18-year-old Chad Holley, who was 15 at the time, caused an outcry among community activists after video of the incident was broadcast by a local news channel.

Holley's latest arrest could imperil the cases prosecutors will argue against the other three officers.
