California police confiscated a two-pound marijuana joint from University of California, Santz Cruz students who planned to smoke it Saturday during a 4/20 party.
A campus officer can be seen in a LiveLeak.com video carrying away the large joint as partygoers follow with their cell phones recording video. One partygoer repeatedly threatens to "go to court" over the seizure.
Each year, students celebrate April 20, or 4/20, by smoking marijuana at Porter Meadow at the campus. "Weed Day" has become an unofficial marijuana celebration day in pot-smoking culture.
The two-pound joint violated the legal weight limit of one ounce of marijuana, reports KTVU.
