A 17-year-old is being charged as an adult in the shooting death of K-9 Fang.
Jhamel M. Paskel was in juvenile court when the charges were refiled, reports the Florida Times-Union . He is charged with killing a police dog, possession of a firearm by a juvenile delinquent found to have committed a felony, aggravated fleeing, armed robbery and two counts of kidnapping with a firearm following the death of K-9 Fang, the State Attorney’s Office said.
