When 76-year-old Tisina Wolfgramm Gerber discovered that the Thanksgiving dinner she had purchased for her children and grandchildren had been stolen from her parked car, she reluctantly called the police to report what had happened.
Officer Chad Leetham took the report and then proceeded to contact community members to get another turkey and all the trimmings donated, according to WJLA-TV News.
Officer Leetham soon thereafter knocked on Gerber's door with a box full of ingredients to prepare for her family.
