A Nevada man has pleaded guilty to assaulting an officer with the Watford City (ND) Police Department in March.

According to KFYR-TV, the man—identified as 27-year-old Mathew Hill—had initially entered a plea of not guilty but has since changed his mind.

The incident occurred when police were called to respond to reports of a disturbance at a local bar.

When police attempted to arrest him, he resisted, leaving one officer with a bloody nose, scrapes, and body pain, according to law enforcement.
