Illinois Officer Comes to Aid of Skunk With Cup Stuck on its Head

An officer with the Aurora (IL) Police Department managed to help a small skunk with a food container stuck on its head in a brief incident captured on video.

An officer with the Aurora (IL) Police Department managed to help a small skunk with a food container stuck on its head in a brief incident captured on video.

The agency posted the video to Facebook, saying that Officer Jonathan Olsen and Lieutenant Seven Stemmet came upon the little animal who "needed some help."

One of the officers gingerly approaches the distressed creature and quickly pulls the cup from the skunk's head.

The animal scurries off into the darkness as the other officer admires his partner's work with the single word, "Niiiiceee."
