Police in Pennsylvania cited a woman for violating the state's "stay-at-home" order—meant to slow the spread of coronavirus—because she went out for a drive in her personally owned vehicle over the weekend.
According to Fox News , the woman—identified as 19-year-old Anita Shaffer—was stopped by Pennsylvania State Police for a vehicle equipment violation and was told thereafter that she was in violation of the order put in place by Governor Tom Wolf for citizens to remain at home.
