2 Juveniles Arrested for Allegedly Shooting Off-Duty MO Officer

The unidentified officer was shot in the arm about midnight Sunday and transported to a nearby hospital. He is expected to make a full recovery.

Two juveniles have been arrested for allegedly shooting an off-duty officer with the St. Louis Police Department who had been working a security jon in plain clothes and a vest marked "POLICE."

According to the Saint Louis Post-Dispatch, the unidentified officer was shot in the arm about midnight Sunday and transported to a nearby hospital. He is expected to make a full recovery.

Following the shooting, the officer provided descriptions of the two juveniles and the teens were located and arrested.

Charges against the juveniles are pending.
