In Texas, the men and women of the Cedar Park Police Department shared their Halloween spirit with the community in a creative video posted on social media.
The officers dressed as characters from the “Toy Story” movies and, like the characters in the movie, froze in place when “Andy’s coming” was proclaimed.
The department’s Facebook post even took a line from the movie’s song, saying just remember “You’ve got a friend in me.”
