The Oshkosh (WI) Police Department announced plans to enable citizens to use a mobile app to report non-emergency incidents to the agency.

According to Fox News , the agency said it plans to roll out the availability of the downloadable app Relay for a six-month trial period to determine its effectiveness and whether or not citizens will actually use it.

The department is reportedly the first in the state to try the app.
