TRU-Vu has introduced its SRM-21.5Z Sunlight Readable LCD monitor that can be viewed in direct, bright sunlight.
Unlike standard monitors, laptops and cell phones which appear washed-out or nearly invisible outdoors, the SRM-21.5Z Sunlight Readable monitor produces sharp, crystal-clear HD video images that are bright enough to overpower sunlight, or other harsh ambient light, according to the company.
The SRM-21.5Z Sunlight Readable monitor features full HD (1920x1080) resolution; a wide 178x178-degree viewing angle; anti-reflective coating; lockable OSD controls; and VGA, HDMI, DisplayPort, and DVI video input signals.
TRU-Vu has begun shipping similar 10.4- 15-, 17-, and 19-inch monitors to military and law enforcement clients for use inside cars, trucks, ships and planes; portable surveillance systems; and the border patrol.
The SRM-21.5Z Sunlight Readable displays can be custom-modified, including private-labeled with your company name, logo, and model number. View detailed specifications here.
