Skyfire Consulting has announced it has officially partnered with DroneSense— makers of a drone management and collaboration platform. This strategic partnership will allow both Skyfire and DroneSense to provide public safety agencies a complete Drone as First Responder (DFR) package and help them smoothly navigate through the phases of starting a program.

Building on its existing relationship with DroneSense, Skyfire will work with agencies and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) to get faster regulatory approvals—including beyond visual line of sight (BVLOS) operation—appropriate training for both DFR and tactical UAS response, program site selection and more.

Skyfire’s DFR integration services will be available as an add-on to existing DroneSense contracts or as a separate service directly purchased from Skyfire.
