Omnigo Acquires QueTel Evidence Management Company

Omnigo Software, a leading provider of public safety, incident, and security management solutions, has acquired QueTel Corporation, a digital and physical evidence management platform.

Omnigo Software, a leading provider of public safety, incident, and security management solutions, has acquired QueTel Corporation, a digital and physical evidence management platform. Omnigo says the combination reaffirms Omnigo and QueTel's commitment to delivering innovative software solutions that help public safety officers and personnel more efficiently perform their day-to-day activities.

"This strategic acquisition presents significant new opportunities for both Omnigo and QueTel to expand upon the portfolio of public safety and security tools delivered to customers," said Michael Davis, CEO of Omnigo Software. "QueTel has remained a constant innovator in evidence management and tracking solutions. Their offerings allow security and safety personnel to spend more time in the field, while ensuring evidence and materials are property maintained."

QueTel's operations will remain in Fairfax County, Virginia. "Both of our organizations are committed to maintaining and improving upon how we serve our customers," said Jim Cleaveland, Founder and President of QueTel. "We share a common vision of delivering innovative solutions, best-in-class support, as well as creating opportunities for our employees. This will only accelerate through our combination." Jim will stay involved as a consultant to ensure a smooth transition and remains an owner in the combined organization. QueTel was represented by Stout Risius Ross Advisors.
