A Los Angeles County Sheriff's lieutenant arrested a gang member, after he caught him vandalizing a toilet stall at the agency's Whittier training academy.

Jordan Trevor Lucas, 31, was arrested at 12:35 p.m. Wednesday. The lieutenant had entered a men's room and heard a scratching sound coming from the stalls, reports the Los Angeles Daily News .
