Through the manufacturing process, the Hardwire panel compresses Dyneema fibers under 25 million pounds of force at precise temperatures, which turns multiple layers of fibers into a single system to act together as one. The process causes a bullet’s energy to dissipate across the armor, leaving a dent instead of a hole.
