Cuong Phan, also known as Dien Le, was booked into the Johnson County Jail in Kansas for a second time in as many days after deputies discovered through a fingerprint that Le was Phan and Phan was wanted by Jackson County, Mo., officers for a robbery conviction some 11 years ago. Now not only will Phan be returned to Jackson County to face his sentencing, he will be facing numerous new charges in Johnson County.
