"Night Optics USA has built an exceptional reputation within the night-vision industry by exceeding the highest standards in both product quality and customer service," said Blake Lipham, Bushnell's president and CEO, in a press release. "This is an exciting acquisition for Bushnell, as it not only allows us to add another reputable brand to our organization; it enhances our product portfolio in the law enforcement, military and security markets."
Night Optics USA of Huntington Beach, Calif., was initially founded by brothers Ilya and Israel Reyngold, who have more than 18 years of experience in the night vision industry.
