(APS), a business of Trimble, which provides software solutions designed to increase safety and productivity for law enforcement and public safety agencies across the United States.

APS's solutions also help law enforcement and court staff to quickly access, analyze, store, and share the data as well as reduce the reliance on paper-based systems. More than 1,000 police agencies rely on APS's technology to work more safely, quickly, and efficiently.

The company's flagship product, Virtual Partner 2.0, is delivered as a SaaS offering. It is an easy to use electronic citation solution which allows officers to print citations in the field and share the data with other public safety agencies. Additionally, the APS QuickVoice software system helps increase officer safety by providing an audible voice that reads data received on mobile computers in patrol vehicles, thus reducing the visual distraction of needing to read critical information on a screen during a traffic stop.
