Mexico Captures Zetas Founder Wanted In ICE Agent's Killing

Mexican authorities have captured Jesus Regon Aguilar, one of the three founding members of the Los Zetas drug cartel and a suspect in the killing of a U.S. immigration enforcement agent earlier this year.
