Tactical officers with the Sandy Springs (Ga.) Police Department raided an apartment looking for a man charged with serious sex crimes, who was not at home when officers entered the residence.

Officers were searching for James Robert King, a maintenance worker who is charged with incest and sodomy. A police spokesman said the raid was a precautionary measure and officers didn't know whether King would be home.
