A veteran Hamilton County (OH) sheriff's deputy died Friday 10 days after he was critically injured in a patrol vehicle crash.

Deputy Corporal Adam McMillan collided with a Metro bus at Eight Mile Road and Beechmont Avenue in the beginning of October.

McMillan, a 19-year veteran of the sheriff's office passed away on Friday at 4:53 p.m. The sheriff's office told Local12 that he died peacefully and was surrounded by friends and family.
