A North Carolina man has been arrested for threatening to blow up the Burlington (NC) Police Department headquarters.

According to the Times-News, the suspect—identified as 20-year-old Carlik Lamonte Poteat—has been charged with felony false bomb report and misdemeanor communicating threats.

Poteat reportedly called the department with the threat after an argument with his family.

According to the Times-News, the man has a history of making threats, having been convicted of communicating threats in 2016.
