A one-legged woman driving a pickup truck that was towing a trailer with a vehicle on it led police in Texas on a harrowing vehicle pursuit, according to Fox News.

The chase began when an off-duty officer saw something dragging from her trailer and went over to try to help. The woman then fled. The officer called for assistance and other officers in marked units took up the pursuit.

The chase went on for nearly 25 miles—beginning in Highland Park and ending in Frisco—with the trailer carrying the vehicle emitting sparks and appearing to become increasingly unstable.

The woman was eventually apprehended and now faces charges including aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
