The New York Police Department has recovered at one of three stolen vans that initially raised fears on the 10-year anniversary of the Sept. 11, 2001, terror attacks.

A dark green Chevy van stolen from a World Trade Center contractor was found Saturday night. The van had been loaded with $60,000 in equipment, which was found missing. Police believe the van was stolen for its tools.

Police are still looking for a second green Chevy van and a white rental van with Oklahoma plates stolen from a Jersey City storage facility.
