The Vehicle Mount Tactical Holster was designed by and for law enforcement to defend against ambush. While sitting in a patrol vehicle, an officer's duty weapon can be jammed into the backrest of the seat. This tactical locking holster can hold a secondary weapon to be drawn instead. TIt can be mounted in an easy access location, with various mounting options and adjustment. A momentary pushbutton activates a time delay relay that energizes a 12 VDC locking solenoid, giving the officer ample time to retrieve the weapon.
