A Seminole County, Florida, deputy's gun was taken from a RaceTrac restroom in Oviedo after he left it there while using the facilities.
The missing firearm was a Sig Sauer P320, WESH reports.
The gun was recovered, but the deputy will likely face a review by the department's professional standards division.

Damari Dennis and Chance Byron found the gun in the restroom, according to the Seminole County Sheriff's Office.
Detectives say the two men sold the gun for "$40 via a CashApp."
Both men face multiple charges, including grand theft of a firearm.
Dennis also faces a charge of possession of a weapon by a convicted felon.
