(NYSE: AH) announced today that it completed two strategic acquisitions for its law enforcement equipment division, Armor Holdings Products. Armor acquired all of the outstanding stock of Monadnock Lifetime Products, Inc. ("Monadnock"), a leading manufacturer and distributor of police batons. In a separate and unrelated transaction, Armor also acquired substantially all of the assets of Lightning Powder Company, Inc. ("Lightning Powder"), a leading manufacturer and distributor of crime scene investigation equipment.
