Crimson Trace has introduced the MVF-515 modular vertical fore-grip laser-light system for AR-type rifles that's available in red or green, according to the company.

The system uses aircraft-grade aluminum with hard-anodized tang. It arrives with an aiming laser on one side and a dual-intensity tactical light on the other.

The activation switches are ambidextrous, letting operators select the light or the laser individually, or both simultaneously. Laser and light functions are programmable, so operators can also select from three illumination modes: independent momentary, strobe, or constant-on. The master on/off switch permits complete shutdown of either side. Additional future components can integrate into the platform.

The MVF-515 components attach cleanly and securely to the foregrip using a pin-locked butt cap, and the foregrip is anchored in place by a two-screw rail mount that fits most standard Picatinny rails. All electrical components fit into the vertical foregrip, which is ergonomically designed for comfort and built for hard use.

The MVF-515 tang is also compatible with the Green Laser Module (MVF-515 MOD G) that's sold separately. It retails for $479.

The laser sights allow for windage and elevation adjustments, and arrive with an accessory pack that contains batteries, hex wrenches for laser adjustments and several cleaning swabs.
