Off-Duty Minnesota Officer, Son Killed at Home, Another Son Arrested
Wright County sheriff's office deputies found Blake Besser, 27, dead of a gunshot wound in the home he shared with his brother, Christopher Besser. Deputies found Officer Todd Besser, 49, of Otsego, in the basement, also shot dead, police said in a news release Sunday.

Fla. Officer Shot Sergeant Girlfriend, Killed Himself
The report found that Officer Luis "David" Monroig shot Sgt. Amy Young and then himself in the head. The shooting happened in an Estero home where the pair lived. The couple had six children between them from previous relationships.
