Members of East African groups crossing the U.S.-Mexico border have terrorist ties and are "ready to die for the cause," according to federal documents released to the San Antonio Express-News.
The FBI and Homeland Security Department don't know the location of all of the members. Documents obtained by the outlet have identified several Texas-based facilitators including Ahmed Muhammed Dhakane, 24, who is a "national security risk." Apparently Dhakane is helping groups with terrorist ties with funding.
